We¡¯ve organized a visit to a professional Chinese cooking school where you will attend a 30 min lecture on Sichuan food culture and will be taught by professional chef Wang Wenzhi how to cook 3 famous Sichuan dishes including:

  1. Gong Bao Ji Ding    ¹¬±¬¼¦¶¡   (kung pao chicken)
  2. Ma po doufu             ÂéÆÅ¶¹¸¯  (bean curd with mince and chili oil)
  3. Yu Xiang Rou Si      ÓãÏãÈâË¿   (shredded pork Sichuan style)
